I cannot print ?

In the first instance please restart your PC/Laptop

Make sure the printers you have installed are prefixed with 'VS-PRINT', i.e 'VS-PRINT/PHS-Print'
Make sure the PaperCut app is visible at the top right of your screen, test you can login in by clicking on 'details' within the app.

If the problem persists, please create a ticket and the IT team will see to your problem as soon as possible.
