I can't log on?

Are you unable to log on to your computer? is it displaying the error message: 'User profile service failed the logon'?

Check that the Ethernet cable is plugged into the back of the computer properly. If the cable is connected properly, you should see a flashing green or amber activity light on the Ethernet port. If you can't see an activity light, check that the cable is plugged into the wall correctly. When you see the activity light, try logging in again.

If the problem persists, please create a ticket and the IT team will see to your problem as soon as possible.
