My emails aren't working?

Is your outlook application showing a warning sign? are you not able to send/receive mail?

Restart the computer.

Restart the Outlook app. Check that you are still connected to the school network by checking the internet icon at the bottom right of your screen. Check the Protex window is still blue like it is supposed to be. If the protex app is red, right click the protex icon at the bottom of the screen and force close it. Then go into the start menu, type in 'protex' and re-launch the protex application.

Log into outlook via a search engine at: https://login.microsoftonline.com, check that you can access emails on there.

If the problem persists, please create a ticket and the IT team will see to your problem as soon as possible.
